Hawzah News Agency- Speaking at a rally in the city of Asadabad, held in solidarity with the blood demand for the late Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Hojatoleslam Sajjad Amiri praised the massive public turnout as a testament to the nation’s unwavering commitment to the ideals of the Revolution and the principle of Velayat (Guardianship of the Jurist).
"Operation Nasr brought joy to the hearts of believers and proved that the Islamic Republic of Iran has successfully established a new equation in the military arena," the cleric declared.
Citing verse 139 of the Holy Surah Al-Imran, the seminary professor emphasized that believers have no right to weaken or grieve, as true faith guarantees supremacy in all fields. "Allah says: 'Do not weaken nor grieve, for you shall be superior if you are indeed believers,'" he quoted.
Turning to domestic issues, Hojatoleslam Amiri urged the government to treat the people as confidants, stressing that the nation forms the strong arms of the state, not its opponents. He warned officials to remain vigilant against individuals in advisory positions who play a destructive role.
The cleric identified the economy as the country's top priority. He called for a review of policies such as the elimination of preferential foreign currency and price liberalization, which he said have led to runaway inflation.
